Week 1: The Root – Grounding in Sweetness

Throughout our life we’ve had a set of beliefs around sexuality, mostly placed on us by our family, friends, culture, and society. Often these beliefs don’t align with our core values and inner essence, but we experience sticky blockages because they’re so engrained in us over decades of exposure and reinforcement.

This potent visualization allows you to take your beliefs around sexuality into your own hands. I walk you through a practice where you choose what you want your beliefs to be, and then you soak your body and sexual organs in those sweet juicy beliefs, permeating them into your core, rewiring your nervous system and subconscious.

Get ready to bring in more self love, confidence, and power to your sexual side, and therefore to you overall!

Week 2: Awakening – Breath, Sensation, and Sensual Power

Practice: Yoni Breathing

This gentle breathwork meditation supports you in building a deeper mind-body connection with your yoni and womb space. You’ll breathe life into your sensual center, stirring desire from within, and reconnecting with your sacred erotic pulse.
