My Approach: Embodied, Holistic, and Approachable

My work blends sacred sexuality, somatic healing, Reiki energy work, nervous system regulation, and science of pleasure to create transformation that’s grounded, embodied, and lasting.

Each session is intuitively guided, meaning we meet you where you are. Sometimes that looks like honest conversation and emotional release; other times it’s logical processing, breathwork, somatic healing, or guided embodiment. Reiki often flows through these sessions to help your body integrate healing on a cellular level.

This is holistic healing, mind, body, energy, and pleasure, all working together to bring you home to the fully alive version of you.
