Do I need a partner to practice this?

Not at all. Everything inside Level 1 is designed for solo practice, helping you build a deep and intimate relationship with your own energy first. Once you know how to connect with your sexual energy internally, it naturally enhances every other area of your life — including your relationships.

Everything inside my work is completely invitational — you choose how deep you go.

Although much of my work focuses on supporting women in reconnecting with their sensual power, this particular course is open to all genders.
