A Love Letter From Jannine

There was a time when my body didn’t feel like mine.

I’d lost myself in motherhood, my body didn’t feel like my own, it felt like it was of service to my family. I yearned to reconnect with my feminine essence, but I didn’t have language for what I was missing.

When I first used up a yoni egg, I felt nothing, and it showed me how badly I needed to do this work. 

Then through my journey, being guided by a mentor with intention and care, I let go in a way I never had before, unlocking sensation, pleasure, confidence, and a radiance that glowed from somewhere deep inside me I didn’t know existed.

I created Radiant Pleasure because I know what becomes possible when a woman truly comes home to herself, and I know how much courage it takes to walk through this door. This is vulnerable, personal, deeply transformational work, and I do not take the honour of guiding you through it lightly.

A yoni egg is recommended but not required. I highly recommend the eggs from Waands for their quality and integrity, and students receive an exclusive discount. That said, Jannine has guided women through every practice using an energetic egg alone with beautiful results. You will not be left behind without one.

Absolutely! Jannine builds every container around informed consent and genuine safety. You will be walked through exactly what to expect and guided through every moment of the journey. No experience required, just a willingness to show up for yourself.

This is exactly why this work exists. Jannine entered the world of sacred sexuality as a 30 year old who had never masturbated before. She knows intimately how uncomfortable and unfamiliar this territory can feel, which is why she puts so much care and intention into creating spaces where discomfort, shame, and fear are met with compassion rather than judgment. Pleasure is your birthright, and you deserve to feel at home in your own body.

Each journey takes place in the privacy of your own home with your camera and audio off. Jannine is the only one seen and heard as she guides you through the experience. Everything is an invitation, you are your own sovereign being and nothing is ever required.

You choose what feels right: clothes on or off, minimal touch or maximum touch, egg in or energetic egg only. Each session runs roughly 45 minutes and includes time to drop in, set an intention, build pleasure in your body through guided visualisation, and explore sensation and energy. You’ll work with your pelvic floor, both strengthening and releasing, with equal attention to both. Every journey closes with grounding, energy discharge, reflection, and space for questions.

Live calls are Tuesdays at 6:00pm PST July 7th – August 11th. Showing up live is encouraged, there is something genuinely different about being held in the shared energy of the group in real time. That said, life happens, and lifetime access to all replays is included so you never miss a session.

As simple or as ritual-rich as you like, no preparation is required beyond showing up. Let anyone in your home know not to disturb you, lock the door, and have wireless headphones ready to help you drop in. If you’re using an egg, have it nearby with a skin-safe, internally appropriate oil. Create a space that feels cosy and private, your bed, a yoga mat with blankets and pillows, wherever feels like yours. Everything else is covered inside the Immersion.

Always consult your medical team if you have concerns. Many women have had profound experiences using the yoni egg to support conditions including vaginismus, vulvodynia, endometriosis, PCOS, and recurring infections, while others have found it wasn’t right for them at that time. Your body knows, trust your intuition and your medical team in equal measure.

Yoni egg practices are generally not recommended during pregnancy, as the energy is best directed toward your baby and your body’s incredible work of growing new life. Jannine recommends waiting until at least 6 weeks postpartum and until you feel genuinely ready to reconnect with yourself. This work will be here when you are.

Yoni egg practices are generally not recommended during your bleed, as they draw energy away from the natural releasing work your womb is doing. Jannine abstains from using a physical egg while she bleeds and uses an energetic egg instead. If you’re toward the lighter end of your cycle, you may feel called to use the egg, as always, trust your body’s wisdom.

This is a fair and important question, and one Jannine had herself when she first began. Bacterial infections and pelvic floor strain are real considerations that she takes seriously. What you’ll often find online reflects either misuse of the practice or a fear-based lens on ancient healing methods that predate modern medicine by thousands of years.

Inside Radiant Pleasure, you receive full training on how to choose, clean, and use your egg safely and hygienically. Sessions use the egg for 45–60 minutes with clear intention, it is never recommended to wear it throughout the day or sleep with it in. Equal attention is given to releasing and relaxing the pelvic floor as to contracting it, in fact, most women need the release more than anything else, and this is central to the work. Your safety is not an afterthought here. It is the foundation everything else is built on.

Radiant Pleasure is not a tutorial. It is a living, guided immersion that weaves visualisation, somatic practice, and Taoist wisdom into every session, using the egg as a sacred tool for reprogramming your nervous system, deepening your mind-body connection, and awakening sensation that most women don’t know is available to them. The egg is the key, the journey is the work, and the container Jannine holds is what makes it safe enough to go all the way in.
